About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a key member of our sales division, you will play a crucial role in supporting our successful team with the initial property listing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work alongside an experienced sales administrator to prepare listing kits, appraisal documents, and coordinate property marketing.
  • Prepare home open/sales files and assist with database entry and management.
  • Support the sales division with general office admin and reception cover when required.
Requirements
  • Previous real estate experience is desired but not essential.
  • You must have excellent interpersonal skills, be outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic, with the ability to build new and maintain existing relationships.
  • Excellent time management skills are a must.
