About the Role

Our company is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic Food and Beverage team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests during live shows.

  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to teamwork and communication, working effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop relationships with guests from diverse backgrounds, creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing personalized attention.
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of meals and drinks, adhering to dietary requirements and maintaining high standards of food safety.
  • Contribute to the bar area, preparing and serving a range of beverages as required.
  • Assist with venue setup and pack down, ensuring prompt and thorough completion of tasks.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems with accuracy, handling cash transactions efficiently.
  • Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in accordance with company policies.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Possess a valid Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
  • Be available to work night shifts on Tuesday through Saturday nights, as well as Sunday day shifts as needed.
  • A reliable means of transportation is essential, given shifts often occur outside public transport hours.
  • Demonstrate a high level of physical fitness, enabling you to walk stairs repetitively in fast-paced and dimly lit environments.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude, with outstanding guest service focus, communication skills, and grooming standards.
  • Prior restaurant experience is highly valued.
