As we continue to welcome visitors to the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, we have an opportunity for a passionate and hands-on **Food & Beverage Team Leader **casual to support our dedicated Food and Beverage Team and work across our busy outlets & event spaces.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, your duties will include customer service, maximising sales, cash control & balancing, stock control, staff supervision, dispute resolution and assisting with other team management duties. This is a hands-on role requiring you to regularly be on the floor of the outlets maintaining a visual presence to assist Team members & Guests as required.

This role will hold responsibility for the visual presentation and product offerings of all outlets, ensuring they meet food safety standards and cleanliness. Participation and commitment to achieving departmental objectives is a core element of this role, along with being an energetic and positive team player who leads by example.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, role you must be a motivated individual who holds commitment to meeting the needs of our valued customers and achieving performance standards. You will be someone that is committed to delivering high levels of customer service whilst providing the F&B team with ongoing guidance, support, and leadership. You will have a sense of fun, be able to supervise, and inspire all team members to provide outstanding efficient and memorable guest service. Other key skills and qualifications we are looking for include:

- A strong commitment to Workplace Health and Safety is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail & a high level of personal presentation is required.
- Excellent time management and communication skills and ability to work in an efficient and practical manner is required.
- You will be an excellent problem solver, can demonstrate a flexible, cooperative attitude.
- Hold current Queensland RSA, Driver's licence, and Barista skills.
- Flexible and availability to work across weekends.
