Job Description

Catering & Events Food and Beverage Attendant: As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable experience for our guests.

In your role, you will:

  • Set up and pack down stations, service areas and equipment
  • Confidently serve food and beverages, including wine service
  • Engage with guests and manage their experience with enthusiasm
  • Follow all hygiene, food safety and RSA guidelines
  • Support team members and help maintain smooth event operations
Required Skills and Qualifications

You are required to have:

  • A valid Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
