To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A current RSA certificate
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Previous experience in fine-dining waitressing or similar
  • Cash handling skills and EFT/POS processing experience
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Ability to work as part of a team while displaying initiative
  • Exceptional grooming and presentation standards
  • Good availability for shifts and flexibility to work across a 7-day rotational roster
