Job Description

We are currently seeking applicants for various roles within our Food and Beverage team, including:

  • Runners: This is an entry-level position that offers opportunities for growth and development into more senior roles.
  • Waiters: Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless dining experiences for our guests.
  • Barbacks: Supporting our bartenders by preparing drinks, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Bartenders: Crafting innovative cocktails and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
  • Restaurant Hosts: Greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Baristas: Preparing high-quality coffee and other beverages while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve business objectives
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of food and beverage products and services
Requirements
  • Current QLD RSA Certificate
  • Experience in a restaurant, bar, or other hospitality venue
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Full Australian working rights
