Administrative Officer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Administrative Officer to join our dynamic team at Grampians Health in the Ballarat Region.
This is a fantastic opportunity to provide essential support to our clinical and program directors, manage administrative responsibilities, and work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will have strong administration and interpersonal skills, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, and experience in staff management, including rostering and EBA knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to clinical and program directors
- Assist with committee support and payroll management
- Coordinate multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines
