About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned Travel Professional to join our team in Sydney. If you have a passion for cruise holidays and enjoy making travel dreams come true, we want to hear from you.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for quoting, booking, and invoicing cruise bookings and packages. Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed monthly sales targets by maximising sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess proven experience working in a customer service environment and a strong focus on details. Previous experience in the travel or cruise industry is preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quote, book, and invoice cruise bookings and packages
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
Required Skills and Qualifications

You will need to have:

  • Proven experience working in a customer service environment
  • A strong focus on details
  • Previous experience in the travel or cruise industry (not essential)
