- We are growing our team and are looking for experienced Travel Industry experts to fill several new Wholesale Cruise Advisor roles within our Sydney based call centre.

**About Us**
- CruiseHQ is Flight Centre Travel Group's new B2B cruise wholesale division. We curate and deliver unrivalled and tailor-made cruise packages. We are not just about cruises; we also craft the complete journey. Leveraging exclusives, we seamlessly integrate air, land, and sea travel, offering a selection of exquisitely curated packages through an industry-leading cruise marketplace.

**About The Role**
- Based in our busy and exciting George Street office, you will:

- Be responsible for effectively selling cruise holidays including packages to travel agents
- Build a rapport with our agents and ensure you are their expert for all travel needs- You are confident booking cruises, flights, accommodations, touring and more- Deliver unforgettable customer service that keeps our customers coming back to us every time

**Experience**
- Retail or wholesale experience in the cruise/travel industry is essential
- Proven experience working in a customer service environment and working towards sales targets
- Comprehensive computer skills and the ability to confidently learn new computer systems
- GDS experience is required
