**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Our client is privately owned Cruise Company that boasts career progression and fantastic benefits. They are currently seeking a talented Cruise Consultant to join their dynamic team based in their Sydney CBD office. Be part of a fun and professional team while delivering a full travel service to existing and new clients.

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED**
- Previous GDS experience (Amadeus)
- Travel industry diploma-level qualification
- Exceptional fares and ticketing knowledge
- Previous cruises and sales knowledge
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills including professional telephone etiquette
- Proven time management skills, working well under pressure and displaying efficient multitasking abilities
- Ability to work autonomously with a keen eye for detail
