About Our Team

We're seeking an experienced Engineering Leader to drive asset reliability, equipment performance, and world-class maintenance practices in our Glass Packaging team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with our Safety Management System and contractor management excellence.
  • Lead execution of preventative and corrective maintenance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and continuously improve uptime and efficiency.
  • Drive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities, Lean tools, and digital maintenance systems. Support shutdowns, new product developments, and elevate our maintenance culture.
  • Scope and execute capital expenditure plans to future-proof operations, contributing to a growth-focused strategy that supports innovation.
  • Develop and empower your team through coaching, performance reviews, and capability uplift. Role model our behaviors and foster a collaborative, solutions-focused environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership and coaching capabilities, experience in high-speed packaging or manufacturing environments.
  • Engineering qualifications (Mechanical, Electrical, or related) and passion for the brewing or FMCG industry.
  • Prior experience in maintenance and reliability, process improvement, and project execution.
  • Action-oriented, analytical problem-solving skills, and a mindset that challenges the status quo.
  • Hands-on experience with Lean, TPM, or similar systems.
