Job Title: Director of Production Excellence

This is a senior leadership role responsible for leading one of our manufacturing sites to achieve world-class performance across safety, quality, service, and cost.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our production team in delivering against key performance indicators (KPIs) including productivity, overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), cost of goods sold (COGS), on-time-in-full (OTIF) service, and governance.

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of production leaders and operators.
  • Collaborate with employees and their representatives to foster a culture of accountability and innovation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree qualification in engineering, business, supply chain, or science, or equivalent experience.
  • No less than 10 years' experience in FMCG manufacturing/production, with a proven track record of achieving results.
  • Expertise in packaging, processing, and plant technologies, with a strong understanding of manufacturing excellence tools and systems.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
