As a Property Portfolio Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of leasing and transaction management activities for a retail property portfolio. Your primary responsibility will be to support clients in achieving their business objectives through effective property management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of options papers to inform client strategy and decision-making
  • Lease preparation and approval forms at transaction completion
  • Market rent reviews, exercising options, lease renewals, new site selections, divestment of leased sites, subleasing opportunities, and critical date management

Working closely with clients and other workstreams, you will provide market and site-specific data and information to support property strategy development and pre-transaction review.

Requirements:

  • Experience in property management and associated services
  • Preferred tertiary qualification in property or real estate
  • Current real estate license or certificate of registration
