About This Opportunity:
The Head of Relationship Management will spearhead the client relationship strategy, aiming to maximize revenue-generating opportunities and achieve strategic goals locally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage leadership skills to manage a team of Sales and Relationship Managers in fostering strong relationships and identifying new opportunities across various regions.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and revenue targets are met.
- Promote relationships with key decision makers at client companies to gain insight into their business objectives, challenges, and needs.
- Educate existing and prospective clients on service offerings and contribute to generating new business.
- Oversee new client onboarding, new market rollouts, and annual client reviews.
- Maintain seamless internal and cross-departmental relationships.
- Nurture positive relationships with exchanges, custodians, and broker counterparts through regular communication.
- Ensure high standards of service delivery excellence and act as the first line of defense for risk management and compliance.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in a Business-related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in Client Management with a strong Commercial focus.
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets and products, specifically clearing processes.
- Understanding of infrastructure organizations, regulators, and industry representative bodies.
- Familiarity with execution services (DMA/OMS) and financing would be advantageous.
- Previous sales experience would be beneficial.
