Job Overview

As a senior leader within the member division, your role will involve overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of the relationships team.

You will work closely with colleagues to support efforts in retaining and expanding our existing client portfolio by delivering world-class, strategic account management services.

Exceptional leadership skills will ensure team members consistently exceed client expectations, foster positive word-of-mouth, and increase referrals.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be a crucial ambassador in the external market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Account Management team in cultivating strong relationships with key employers and stakeholders. This includes positioning our products and services to deepen relationships, enhance member retention, increase awareness, and expand market share.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to ensure successful adoption while maintaining high client satisfaction.
  • Establish strong commercial relationships at the Executive level while identifying and pursuing new business development opportunities.
  • Advocate for the voice of the customer within the organisation and contribute to shaping employer and member value propositions.
  • Design and implement client strategies to optimise engagement and meet obligations.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in a similar role within financial services.
  • A Diploma in Financial Planning or relevant qualifications.
  • RG146 compliance.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing and developing teams of financial professionals.
