Job Title: Multi-Skilled Administrator
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, with experience in data entry, communication with suppliers, and database management.
Key Responsibilities:- Daily scanning and document filing for digital archive
- Checking and placing purchase orders with overseas suppliers, utilizing Outlook experience
- Reviewing pro-forma invoices from overseas suppliers
- Updating spreadsheets using Excel expertise
- Invoicing and producing related documents using Word proficiency
- Maintaining databases of products and suppliers
- Registering and requesting documents from overseas
- Processing payment of invoices
- Experience in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication and telephone manner skills
- Data entry skills
