Job Title

As a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker, you will be working closely with foster carers and families to provide quality care and support to children in need.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing regular visits and support to foster carers
  • Monitoring the well-being of children and young people in foster care
  • Facilitating and encouraging support contact between children and their families
