About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front-of-House Support Staff to join our team at NRMA Parks & Resorts.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to kick-start your hospitality career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Front-of-House Support Staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring our guests have a great food and beverage experience, and making holiday memories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Kitchen team to deliver consistently high-quality meals by providing non-cooking duties in a kitchen or food preparation area.
  • Undertake general cleaning duties within a kitchen or food preparation area and scullery.
  • Clean cooking and general utensils used in a kitchen and restaurant.
  • Assist colleagues who are cooking, including assembling and preparing ingredients.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A great attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team.
  • Genuine interest in working in a commercial kitchen, preparing fresh produce.
  • Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn and acquire new skills.
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible attitude to work hours over a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
