Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Park Maintenance Specialist to join our team at NRMA Parks & Resorts. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the premium presentation and maintenance of our grounds and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the appearance and functionality of our parks and resorts, including gardens, lawns, and facilities.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as pool maintenance, gardening projects, and basic mechanical repairs.
  • Provide incidental customer service assistance with minor maintenance repairs.
Requirements
  • Experience in grounds and basic maintenance work is essential.
  • A trade qualification would be a bonus, but not necessary - we are looking for a genuine all-rounder.
  • Previous experience with ride-on and push mowers, pruning, hedging, landscaping, and weed control would be ideal.
  • Knowledge and understanding of basic hygiene requirements and safe working procedures.
  • Ability to work unsupervised with a "hands-on" work history.
  • High level of physical fitness and hardworking attitude.
What We Offer
  • $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
