Senior Tender and Proposal Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Tender and Proposal Manager to drive growth through excellence in tender and proposal management.
This role will lead end-to-end tender and proposal development processes, from opportunity identification through to submission.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage tender compliance requirements and ensure all submissions meet mandatory criteria
- Coordinate tender briefings, site visits, and Q&A processes
- Maintain tender pipeline and opportunity tracking systems
- Collaborate closely with external partners to develop compelling, compliant, and competitive proposals
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical experts, pricing analysts, and subject matter experts
- Minimum 5 years of experience in proposal and tender management
- Proven track record of winning complex, high-value tenders and proposals
- Experience working with external partners and managing stakeholder relationships
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to meet tight deadlines
