Early Learning Leader Role

Take a leadership role in our childcare centre, overseeing the educational programs and supporting staff. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative early learning programs, contributing to our unique play-based curriculum, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve excellence in education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Lead and guide teams in delivering high-quality educational programs
  • Contribute to the development of our play-based curriculum
  • Document and share learning progress with families
  • Help shape a learning environment that prepares children for school and beyond
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Children's Services (required)
  • Experience working in long day care, especially with nursery-aged children
  • Solid understanding of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
  • A current Working with Children Check (QLD Paid Blue Card)
