Calling people, asking questions, finding out if they can actually do the job.
Chasing hiring managers.
Scheduling interviews.

Helping new starters get started.

Project work and helping move a mountain of HR data from one system to another.
You'll work alongside a brilliant Team that includes the HR Team Lead, Payroll Coordinator, and a friendly Manager You Quick to learn and adapt.
You enjoy learning new systems and thrive on organisation.
Experienced in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
You've got a solid background in screening resumes and a good gut instinct for sourcing good talent.
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
You've got a keen eye for those finer details.
A confident communicator whether on the phone, in person, or via email.
Comfortable with data entry - You don't shy away from those admin tasks and find satisfaction a job done well.
Bonus points if you've worked with an HRIS or assisted with payroll.
