Job Title: Learning and Development Administrator

This role requires an organized professional to provide exceptional support to the Learning and Development Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating training sessions, managing training registers, and generating reports on attendance, feedback, and outcomes. Additionally, they will develop and maintain templates, trackers, and risk registers, and coordinate team meetings.

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and achieve our organization's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for training coordination
  • Schedule venues, accommodation, and logistics for training sessions
  • Maintain accurate records of training attendance and feedback
  • Develop and maintain effective templates, trackers, and risk registers
  • Coordinate team meetings and maintain minutes
Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
