Job Title: Learning and Development Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Learning and Development Professional. As a key member of our educational team, you will play a vital role in creating engaging and interactive learning experiences for our children.


About the Role

You will work closely with our senior educators and educational leader to develop and implement high-quality learning programs that cater to the unique needs and interests of each child.

As a Learning and Development Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing creative and effective learning activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development;
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons;
  • Maintaining accurate records of children's progress and adjusting learning programs accordingly;
  • Providing a safe and inclusive environment that supports the diverse needs of all children.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent;
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards;
  • A current QLD Blue Card.
