Education Director Position

This is a challenging role for an experienced professional to lead the educational program at our centre.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, a proven track record of innovative practice, and the ability to inspire and motivate others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing curriculum that maximises each child's development and learning.
  • Supporting educators to ensure each child participates in the educational program.
  • Assessing each child's learning and development.
  • Establishing clear goals and expectations for teaching and practice.
  • Contributing to the development and review of the centre's Quality Improvement Plan.

Requirements include a completed Diploma in childcare or Degree (or equivalent) in Early Childhood Education as approved by ACECQA, proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework, previous experience working in the early years sector, and a valid Working with Children's Check (QLD Blue Card).
