Role Overview

This is a Senior Change Manager role at a leading organization. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead change initiatives in health, organizational design, and contact centre environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans to support business transformation.
  • Lead change activities in health sector programs, organizational design initiatives, and contact centre transformations.
  • Conduct impact assessments and design role profiles to align with new processes, systems, and structures.
  • Develop and maintain change plans, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement frameworks.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder briefings to drive understanding and adoption.
  • Monitor change progress, manage resistance, and adjust plans as required.
Skills & Experience
  • Extensive experience in change management, preferably in health sector or large-scale transformation programs.
  • Proven ability to lead organizational design and role design projects.
  • Strong expertise in change planning, stakeholder management, and engagement strategies.
  • Experience working on contact centre transformation programs.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR.
  • Change management certification (Prosci, APMG, or equivalent).
  • Experience in government or regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of workforce planning and HR transformation.
