Transformation Leader
The Transformation and Change Manager will lead a function dedicated to change and transformation activity, developing, managing and implementing large-scale change programs.
This role involves working with key stakeholders across government agencies and representative groups to ensure a stronger and more responsive work health and safety regulator for NSW.
As a senior executive, you will be responsible for delivering quality, complex, high-profile programs dealing with multiple technical, financial, political and stakeholder challenges.
You will have experience managing projects across government, with a particular focus on legislative reform and policy.
About this opportunity:
Pivotal role in supporting staff across SafeWork NSW to continue the transformation and change management activities
Oversee planning for implementation of Government's recent psychosocial funding investment
Drive a collaborative approach, ensuring appropriate governance and navigation of complex negotiations
Key Responsibilities
Leverage your project management skills to drive change initiatives
Broaden your network by engaging with key stakeholders
Build strong relationships and partnerships across NSW government and key stakeholders
