Program Management Opportunity

Delivering Transformational Projects

We seek an experienced Program Manager to lead key projects in our multi-year platform program, focusing on major releases through 2026. This role will involve collaboration with senior stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence and strategic alignment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects to deliver digital solutions that meet business requirements on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
  • Partner with technology leaders to align business and technical delivery activities.
  • Support Product Owners in defining and managing scope.
  • Oversee financials, including estimates, cost control, and vendor/partner governance.
  • Identify, monitor, and escalate program risks and issues.
  • Build strong relationships with delivery teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise methodologies and governance processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Program or Senior Project Manager in large, complex transformation programs.
  • Strong track record of managing scope, budgets, governance, and delivery within financial services or similar environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and influencing skills at senior levels.
  • Ability to manage risks proactively, provide clear reporting, and maintain accountability for delivery outcomes.
  • Familiarity with enterprise delivery methodologies.
