Job Title: Transformation Leader

About the Job

The Transformation Leader will be responsible for driving cross-functional change across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to work with a high-growth business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating closely with senior leadership to drive operational transformation.
  • Establishing and managing program organization.
  • Developing and embedding governance frameworks to monitor implementation, progress, and delivery of transformation.
  • Providing effective leadership and people management, and coordinating project staff.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation programs.
  • Experience working across supply chain transformation is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in retail or FMCG industries is beneficial.
  • High-level time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks according to importance.
  • Strong communications skills, both written and verbal, including a personable and professional phone manner and the ability to communicate with internal stakeholders and clients.
