This Transformation Lead position focuses on implementing large-scale OMS transformations and adoption of BlackRock Aladdin within investment management environments.
About the PositionWe seek an experienced Transformation Lead with hands-on expertise in change management, technology implementations, and funds/investment management. The ideal candidate will partner with technology teams, portfolio managers, and business stakeholders to design and deliver transformation strategies, manage communications, and drive adoption of new investment platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute transformation plans for consolidating investment order management systems.
- Collaborate with technology teams and portfolio managers to align business requirements and platform capabilities.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, communicating benefits, impacts, and changes involved.
- Deliver training, workshops, and communications to ensure smooth adoption across front, middle, and back office teams.
- Provide expert guidance on BlackRock Aladdin to stakeholders, ensuring users understand and embrace new workflows.
- Monitor adoption, gather feedback, and refine transformation strategies continuously.
- Proven experience as a Transformation Lead in large-scale technology or investment platform transformations.
- Hands-on experience with change management and technology implementations is essential.
- A strong background in funds, asset management, or investment management environments.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Proven success in delivering transformation and adoption strategies for complex systems.
- Experience with order management systems and trading workflows is preferred.
