The role of a Floor Manager is pivotal in ensuring seamless service and upholding the high standards of a premium waterfront venue.
As a senior hospitality leader, you will be responsible for leading, training, and motivating a diverse front-of-house team to create a culture of professionalism, energy, and fun.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a hospitality leader in a high-volume venue, with a strong track record of success in managing front-of-house teams.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Guest-focused, with a passion for creating memorable experiences that exceed customer expectations.
