Seeking a seasoned business leader to oversee team training, rostering, and hiring to drive motivation and performance.

**Responsibilities:

  • Team Effectiveness: Develop strategies to enhance team happiness and productivity through targeted training and incentives.
  • Service Excellence: Ensure consistently high standards of food quality, drink preparation, and cleanliness across all operations.
  • Shift Management and Process Improvement: Optimize workflows by streamlining shift management processes and implementing efficient solutions.
  • Inventory and Vendor Management: Oversee inventory levels, vendor relationships, and supply chain logistics to ensure seamless operations.
  • Menu Development: Create and maintain a profitable menu that meets customer needs and expectations.
  • Customer Experience: Foster a welcoming atmosphere and deliver exceptional service to build loyalty and drive sales growth.
  • Team Leadership: Set the tone for excellence by demonstrating leadership skills and empowering team members to succeed.
  • Primary Point of Contact: Manage communication channels and address operational issues effectively.

**Requirements:**

  • 1+ years of experience in a senior management role.
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety protocols.

**Nice to Have:**

  • Certification in hospitality or a related field.
