Operational Excellence Leader

The Operational Excellence Leader plays a pivotal role in supporting the Director of Business & Operations to deliver effective leadership and management of non-academic operations.
Main Responsibilities:- Oversee general services, ensuring seamless delivery of facilities maintenance, cleaning, and capital infrastructure projects.
- Manage vendor relationships for operational activities, including catering services.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field (desired).
- Cert IV in Workplace Health & Safety (desired).
- Proven experience in complex environments, preferably in education or not-for-profit sectors.
- Mandatory possession of a current Paid Blue Card (Working with Children Check) and CPR/First Aid Qualification.
- Willingness to be listed on the Anglican Church's Professional Standards Register.
