Lead Warehouse Operations

We are looking for a skilled professional to lead our warehouse operations. As the Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the warehouse team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced leader to join our team. You will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods
  • Leading a team of warehouse staff and providing guidance and support as needed
  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory and stock levels
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a supervisory or management position in a warehouse environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
  • Forklift License (Reach Truck experience a bonus)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
