Job Title: Hotel Manager

As the strategic business leader of property operations, you will act as General Manager in your absence.

Key areas of responsibility include Front Office, Engineering/Maintenance, Food and Beverage/Culinary, and Event Management.

Your role is to develop and implement the operations strategy, ensuring implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives. You will ensure operations meet the brand's target customer needs, employee satisfaction, growing revenues, and maximizing financial performance.

You are required to conduct your duties in a courteous, safe, and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel's policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of education from an accredited university in Business, Tourism, and Hospitality or related major, or equivalent experience in Management Operations, Rooms Division Management, or Director of Food and Beverage.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage profitability and departmental budgets effectively.
  2. Oversee property operations efficiently.
  3. Lead property operations teams successfully.
  4. Manage human resources activities professionally.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

This position requires a strong vision for product and service delivery on property, enabling the championing of the brand's service vision and alignment amongst the property leadership team.
