Centre Operations Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Centre Operations Leader to join our team.

This is a full-time position that will provide you with opportunities for growth, stability, and security as part of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Workshop Management: oversee production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in accordance with quality expectations.
  • Quality and Customer Service: ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition, while providing exceptional customer service to all clients.
  • Leadership and People Management: oversee staffing on site and ensure staffing levels and processes are in place, while proactively building and maintaining positive relationships with work providers.
  • Financial Management: ensure the site is operating profitably, preparing and reviewing financial reports, budgets and job costings.

As a Centre Operations Leader, you will be responsible for managing a production workshop, ensuring high-quality repairs, delivering excellent customer service and leading a team of skilled technicians. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment, implementing effective processes and procedures, and ensuring the overall success of the centre.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in centre operations, leadership and people management, with strong skills in financial management, quality assurance and customer service.
