Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for processing end-to-end payroll, maintaining employee information, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

* Process weekly casual and fortnightly full-time payroll efficiently and accurately
* Maintain and edit employee information, responding to queries and implementing changes as required
* Assist with administrative responsibilities, including employee contracts and compliance
* Utilise the payroll system effectively, suggesting improvements as needed

Requirements

* End-to-end payroll experience is essential
* Excellent written and interpersonal skills are required
* Exposure to the education industry and relevant agreements/awards is desirable
* Ability to learn new systems promptly
