Excavation Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mine Operator to join our Drill & Blast Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading blast holes with explosives and stemming material as per design specifications, setting up and maintaining exclusion zones and signage to ensure site safety during blasting activities, supporting the Shotfirer with charging operations and tie-in procedures, conducting pre- and post-blast inspections to ensure site compliance and safety, and following all site-specific and statutory safety protocols and procedures.

  • You will have a Shotfirers licence (advantageous), Dangerous Goods Security Card, current Manual Drivers Licence, and experience with Electronics.
