Job Description

This is a site-based role that offers the opportunity to take your career to the next level in the mining industry.

The successful candidate will support operational leadership teams on site with the delivery of training initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing safety management systems and ensuring all employees, contractors, and client personnel are compliant.
  • Coordinating new starter arrivals to site, including logistics from airport arrival, camp familiarization, and introductions.
  • Providing and facilitating on-site inductions for employees, contractors, and client personnel.
  • Conducting scheduled workplace inspections, task observations, checks, and reports across various departments on site.

Maintaining records, reports, and documents required to meet corporate, site, and regulatory requirements.

We require a candidate with 5+ years' experience in Underground Mining, underground operational knowledge, proficient in MS Office Suite, and holding a Certificate IV in Training and Assessing.
