Lead Project Deliveries

We seek an experienced project manager to oversee the successful completion of multi-discipline construction projects across operational mine sites.

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for integrating civil, structural, and electrical infrastructure, ensuring seamless project delivery.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in project management, leadership, and team coordination skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead end-to-end delivery of construction projects, integrating civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
  2. Oversee all phases of project lifecycle: feasibility, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
  3. Lead cross-functional teams and subcontractors fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  4. Coordinate with mining operations, engineering teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
  5. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and resource plans.
  6. Ensure compliance with site-specific safety protocols, environmental standards, and regulations.
  7. Conduct site visits to assess progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality control.
  8. Manage procurement of equipment and services, including vendor selection and contract negotiation.
  9. Facilitate stakeholder communication and reporting, including regular updates to senior management and clients.
  10. Ensure proper documentation, including technical specifications, change requests, and project close-out reports.
  11. Support post-deployment testing, training, and operational handover to site personnel.
  12. Prepare detailed client and company reporting.
