Lead Product Visionary for Ecosystem Development

As a key member of our product team, you will spearhead new initiatives to drive growth and adoption of stablecoins across the on-chain ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with ecosystem developers to identify opportunities where we can accelerate stablecoin usage and adoption.
  • Translate developer and ecosystem insights into actionable product strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of on-chain data to uncover emerging use cases, trends, and high-potential decentralized applications.
  • Stay at the forefront of blockchain technologies, contributing to and synthesizing advancements like zero-knowledge proofs, intents, chain abstraction, and various Ethereum Improvement Proposals.
  • Define and continuously refine the developer and end-user experience for stablecoin applications.
Requirements
  • Over 10 years of product management experience, with a track record of owning strategy for complex, commercial products.
  • At least 2 years of experience building in the crypto space, with a strong grasp of blockchain infrastructure, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
  • Deep familiarity with stablecoin use cases, including decentralized finance, wallets, bridges, and consumer crypto products.
  • Strong technical fluency, ideally with a background in computer science or engineering.
  • Highly analytical and comfortable digging into data.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive leaders.
