Candidate Specifications- Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of sales management experience, preferably in professional services, consulting, corporate insurance, accounting, or marketing.
Leadership ExperienceProven sales leadership experience, with a track record of exceeding targets and demonstrating aggressive and positive attitude.
Communication and Interpersonal SkillsExcellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to interact with C-level executives and other stakeholders.
