About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Marketing Director to lead our ANZ region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing a strong sales workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to identify new areas of business growth and drive revenue expansion.
  • Lead and manage all sales and marketing activities to achieve profitable revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and foreign enterprises, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Own and hit annual regional sales targets through effective management of sales activities and team performance.
  • Acquire, develop, and retain a high-performing regional sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products and services that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to capture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with country and regional sales teams to align strategies and tactics, ensuring a cohesive approach to sales and marketing efforts.
Candidate Specifications
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of sales management experience.
  • Proven sales leadership experience, with a track record of exceeding targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage with C-level executives and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills, with the ability to explore, maintain, and develop customer relationships.
  • Self-discipline, with strong planning and organizing capabilities, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Result-driven, with a strong focus on delivering results and driving business growth.
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong ethics and discipline, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
