Job Title: Property Services Officer/Upholsterer
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Perform preventative maintenance on gaming tables and replace gaming table layouts.
- Conduct furniture repairs and reupholstery across multiple properties, including casino, hotels, conference centers, gaming tables, curtains, and entertainment venues.
- Receive and dispatch furniture at Crown loading dock.
- Manually handle trolleys.
- Operate power and hand tools with competence.
Requirements:
">- Hold a Certificate III in Upholstery.
- Possess significant experience in a similar role within a large complex with strong sewing skills.
- Have experience in recovery works (re-upholstery).
- Demonstrate the ability to go above and beyond to achieve outstanding results and service excellence in high-pressure environments and meet tight deadlines.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Obtain a Casino Special Employee License (Police Check and Credit Check required).
Working Environment:
">Work within a multi-skilled position within a small team of electricians and plumbers in a fast-paced environment with high pressure deadlines and expectations.
