As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our property management services. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assist with conducting entry reports and all activities required legislatively with rigorous attention to detail
- Assist with booking and conducting routine inspections as per the management authority and legislation requirements
- Monitor and report to the Property Manager around rent arrears daily
- Assist with issuing of any notices as per legislation, as required
- Assist with tenant enquiries and requests, reporting to Property Manager and/or action request as required
- Assist with tenancy agreement renewals, including rent reviews, within legislated timelines
- Liaise with tenants around their intentions regarding the lease expiry/renewal and report to the Property Manager
- Record all reported maintenance and repairs in software system and report to Property Manager. Where appropriate action the work order in accordance with legislation, the management authority and lessor instruction
- Assist with the vacate inspection process as per legislative requirements ensuring the standard of the property is maintained
- Assist with finalisation of the bond and/or negotiation of works required at the property to finalise the bond as per the lessor's instructions, in accordance with legislation
- Certificate IV in Real Estate (Agents Representative Certificate) or Full License.
- A valid driver's license and reliable car.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Professional presentation and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong computer skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and reliability.
- A willingness to take on diverse tasks and contribute to a dynamic team.
