About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role within our People and Culture Team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in remuneration, compensation, and benefits, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative local recognition, reward, and remuneration policies that align with global strategies.
  • Benchmark remuneration and benefits offerings against competitors and industry standards.
  • Review and improve total rewards programs for employees, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across remuneration and benefits processes.
  • Manage annual remuneration review processes, ensuring compliance and relevant documentation is produced on time.
  • Partner with HR to ensure compliance standards and practices are upheld regarding management of annualized salaries, job classifications, and remuneration banding.
  • Work with industry benchmarking leaders to provide salary and benefits insights to stakeholders.
  • Provide ad-hoc remuneration advice and support to leaders and employees to foster a high-performing culture and high levels of employee engagement.

About You:

  • Qualifications in a business-related area such as finance, management, or human resources.
  • SIGNIFICANT industry experience obtained within remuneration, compensation, benefits.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering competitive and engaging remuneration and benefits programs while complying with employment laws.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and/or ability to provide clear and justified direction to key stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
