Remuneration Specialist

**Your new role**

We are currently looking for a Remuneration Specialist on a permanent basis for a leading organisation in its field based in Perth. This role reports directly into the GM of HR and comes with a small team.

You will be responsible for:

- Leading and developing the Remuneration and reward strategy for the group
- Lead interface with Remuneration Committee - preparation and presentation of papers
- Manage Executive Remuneration and Reward Plans
- Lead annual performance, remuneration and bonus review
- Lead design and utilisation and overall accountability to ensure maintenance, reporting and functionality of system
- Group wide HR Reward Analysis and Reporting
- Coaching and developing to People team and business leaders

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to be successful for this position, you will ideally come with extensive experience, specialising in remuneration and benefits. Up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislations and interpretation of awards and industrial instruments are essential. You'll also come with strong experience in reporting and data insights as well as sounds knowledge in continuous improvements initiatives. You will also hold a relevant degree or tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field.
