Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our partnerships and engagement efforts. As a key member of our team, you will develop and implement strategies to build meaningful relationships with community, corporate, and philanthropic partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop tailored partnership proposals and value offerings that drive mutual benefit and long-term revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships from negotiation through to delivery and ongoing engagement.
  • Grow philanthropic support by converting partners into donors, identifying major gift prospects, and leading fundraising campaigns.
  • Contribute to strategic planning by setting clear development goals and aligning efforts with our organisation's long-term vision.
  • Represent us at events and forums to build visibility and cultivate new networks.
  • Support and train staff and board members in partnership and fundraising best practices.
Requirements:
  • To succeed in this role, you must have 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, corporate partnerships or sales.
  • You should have excellent relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders, strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and a proven ability to close deals and secure commitments from organisations.
