Night Shift Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Night Shift Care Worker. This is a full-time position, located at our facility in Harris Park, NSW 2150.

As a Night Shift Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents during the night shift. This role is crucial in ensuring that our residents feel safe, comfortable, and well-cared for throughout the night. Your main duties will include assisting residents with personal care, monitoring their health and well-being, and providing any necessary support during the night.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with personal care needs
  • Monitor residents' health and well-being
  • Provide support during the night shift

We are looking for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and attentive to detail. Experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required. We provide comprehensive training for all new hires to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this position.

Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Aged Care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
