Delivering Exceptional Elderly Care

At our esteemed residential aged care home, we seek a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide outstanding clinical nursing care to our residents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care that prioritizes the dignity, life, and spirituality of our elderly clients.

As a registered nurse, you will be accountable for providing direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures. This will involve working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and promoting a safe and supportive environment for all residents.

  • Providing individualized care plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Acting as a team leader, guiding and coaching colleagues to ensure optimal care outcomes.
  • Maintaining accurate records and participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance our care services.

Requirements:

  • Current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
  • Proven experience in providing high-quality care to the elderly, with a focus on person-centered approaches.
  • Strong understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Quality Standards, as well as AN-ACC assessment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
